    We are currently experiencing degraded performance for some AI Agents due to an outage at Pinecone, a third-party service we use to store and retrieve AI Agent knowledge (such as data from websites, files, and instructions).

    Pinecone is reporting errors on read and write operations for some indexes. As a result, a subset of AI Agents may respond without access to their full configured knowledge, which can lead to incomplete or less accurate answers.

    According to Pinecone, the issue has been identified and a fix is in progress. We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
